The Shrine of the Book is this museum's own wing and is counted here. The museum has no open catalogue API and its object photography is all rights reserved, so nothing was fetched from it; the records are from the open catalogues and Wikidata, and any photograph is a Wikimedia Commons photograph of the object.

64 records are held for this collection and 24 are listed here — the ones its own records tie to something biblical, audited first. The rest are in the research corpus, not on this page.

ARCHAEOLOGY CATALOGUE · ROW BA-087 early wording attestation; full book date not established

What it supports. USC's epigraphic inventory identifies two Ketef Hinnom amulets containing parts of the priestly benediction.

What it does not. The wording is a textual parallel, not proof that the whole Pentateuch existed in its present form; the date requires the contextual study.

ARCHAEOLOGY CATALOGUE · ROW BA-076 temple ritual context; ending reconstruction disputed

What it supports. Demsky publishes the preserved trumpeting-place wording of a Hebrew inscription recovered in Mazar's Temple Mount excavations.

What it does not. Its third word is broken. Demsky, Mazar, Yadin and Ben-Hayyim offer competing completions; none should be printed as surviving text. Association with Sabbath signaling combines the inscription with Josephus and ritual sources.

Bears on: Second Temple worship background
