Yes, two names for one man

John Gill (1748–1763); Ellicott's commentary (c. 1878–1884); E. G. Hirsch and E. König, Jewish Encyclopedia (1903)

Ethan stands beside Heman and Asaph in 1 Chronicles 6 and 15, and Jeduthun in the same place in 1 Chronicles 16 and 25; Gill writes “Jeduthun; or Ethan”, and the Jewish Encyclopedia speaks of “Ethan-Jeduthun”. Two families' traditions

W. E. Barnes (1899)

“Probably there was a variation in the tradition as to the third name, two families competing each for the honour of its own ancestor.” 1 Chronicles 16:41 [104]
